1. Tell us what you love
It starts with a feeling. Maybe you've seen a setting you adore, saved a photo of something a friend wears, or have a piece of family jewellery you want to honour. Send it to us — you can even attach an inspiration image on any product page. There's no wrong way to begin.
2. We design it together
One of our concierge will reach out to understand the person it's for, the budget you're comfortable with, and the details that matter. We'll guide you through setting, diamond shape, metal and carat — and we'll be honest about what flatters, what lasts, and what's worth it.
3. Choose your diamond
We lead with natural diamonds and believe in their lasting value, but every design can be made with a lab-grown stone if you prefer. Whichever you choose, your centre diamond is independently GIA-certified and conflict-free, with full documentation.
4. Crafted by master hands
Your piece is made by artisans whose work has graced houses like Harry Winston and Cartier. Most commissions take around three to five weeks. We keep you updated, and we never rush the things that make a piece heirloom-quality.
5. Yours, and looked after
Your finished piece arrives insured and beautifully presented — and we stay with you, offering cleaning, resizing and servicing for its lifetime.
