Every Iceman piece is created for you, individually. You tell us what you love — a setting, a shape, a feeling — and we design and hand-craft it from there. Nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a drawer. Start with a piece you like or our Build Your Ring tool, send your request, and we'll be in touch to design it together.
Both. We lead with natural diamonds and believe in their lasting value, but every design can be made with a lab-grown stone if you prefer. We'll talk you through the difference honestly so you can choose what's right for you.
Yes. Natural diamonds arrive GIA-certified; lab-grown arrive IGI-certified — independently graded for cut, colour, clarity and carat, and conflict-free. You receive full documentation with your piece.
Because each piece is made to order, most commissions take approximately 3–5 weeks from final design approval. If you have a date in mind, tell us — we'll always be honest about what's possible and do our best to meet it.
Prices shown are approximate starting points, because the final figure depends on your diamond and metal choices. After you send a request we prepare a clear, itemised quote — fair and honest, with no pressure and no hidden mark-ups.
Absolutely — it's how many of our favourite pieces begin. Share a photo, a sketch, or a piece you've seen ("something like this") with your request, and we'll design around it. You can attach an inspiration image directly on any product page.
Yes. We ship insured, tracked and discreetly worldwide. Duties and timelines vary by destination — we'll confirm everything with you before your piece leaves our workshop.
We do. Each piece comes with dedicated aftercare, and we're here for cleaning, resizing and servicing for the life of your jewellery. Reach out any time and we'll look after it.
We're not a factory. Iceman pieces are designed with you and made by master craftsmen — artisans whose work has graced houses like Harry Winston and Cartier — at fair, honest prices. You get heirloom quality and a personal hand the high street can't offer.
